How to buy (Information in English)

We send our clothes to all over the world.

For our international customers, please follow this guide to place your order.

The shipping costs are:

1. Click on the item you like. If you would like to see a larger picture, click on the picture again.

2. Click on “Größe”, which means size, and choose the size you need. Here is a size chart to help you.

3. Click on “Farbe”, which means colour, to choose your item-colour.

4. Click on “Hinzufügen zum Warenkorb” (in pink letters in the lower right corner), to add the item to your shopping basket.

5. Your item is now in the shopping basket. You can view your item on the left hand side of the page. “Positionen” means quantity of items, “Gesamtbetrag” means total amount.

6. To check your shopping basket again, click on “Warenkorb anzeigen” on the left hand side of the page. Or you proceed directly to “Zur Kassse” (checkout) to complete you order. Here you find the information concerning your order. Please check the box “Menge” (quantity) and  “Gesamtbetrag” (total amount).

7. Now choose your shipping method by clicking on “Versandmethode”.

• Deutsche Post ( Inland):within Germany

• Deutsche Post ( innerhalb EU):within EU

• Deutsche Post ( nicht EU):non-EU Countries

8. Now choose your payment method by clicking on “Zahlungsmethode”.

   • Vorkasse: payment in advance

   • Paypal

   • Paypal Express

Please do not be irritated by the little text, which appears after clicking on the payment method. It is just information about the payment, but all you need to know will again show up later.

9. If you want to post a comment or additional information, please type your message in the box “Bemerkungen zur Bestellung und Lieferung“.
   

10. Now click on “Zur Kasse” ('Proceed to checkout').
    

11. Please fill in the following fields:

• Vorname                  first name

• Nachname                family name

• Straße / Haus-Nr.    street / no.

• PLZ                           ZIP code

• Ort                           city

• Land                          country

• E-Mail                        email

All the rest you can leave blank.

12. Now click on “Weiter” ('next').

13. Please check all your information and then tick the box “Ich habe die allgemeinen Geschäftbedingungen gelesen und erkenne sie hiermit an”, which means that you accept our terms and conditions.

14. Click on “Bestellung abschicken” to place your order.
    You will get an order confirmation via email.
    After we received your payment, we will work on your order.
    The delivery time depends on your location. In general it will take about 1-2 weeks within Europe and 2-3 weeks outside of Europe.

If you are not happy with a product, please send it back to us on your personal costs within 14 days. Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit.

Please use the returns slip provided in the package, on which you will find all the information you need.
